Chef Austin Dill is a seasoned culinary professional offering personalized, in-home dining experiences throughout Vermont and New Hampshire. With years of experience in professional kitchens, including currently serving as a Chef De Cuisine at a prestigious New Hampshire golf course, Austin brings both technical skill and thoughtful hospitality to every table.

Austin has previously served as an Executive Chef in Vermont and a Sous Chef on Nantucket. His cooking philosophy centers on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, prepared with care and intention. Whether creating an elevated multi-course dinner or a relaxed, family-style meal, Austin believes great food should feel both refined and approachable.
